DAO governance is a planned part of the Prydo ecosystem. This page does not announce a live voting system or confer voting or treasury rights.

Current status
The main Prydo website describes community governance as part of the roadmap. It does not currently provide a binding DAO voting process, an executable treasury vote or a published governance contract. Informal feedback, polls or conversations are not binding votes. A Prydo ID alone does not establish a legal DAO, partnership, investment relationship or authority over project assets.
Principles for future participation
Any future governance process should make eligibility, proposal scope, timelines, voting methods, conflicts of interest and decision outcomes clear before participation starts. The intention is to support respectful participation by the community and protect personal privacy. These principles describe an intended approach; they are not a promise of a launch date, voting power or a particular result.
Rules that must be published before voting
Before a formal process opens, Prydo will need to publish the applicable rules: who can propose and vote; whether and how ID ownership is checked; any snapshot date or delegation; quorum and approval thresholds; the voting period; how results are verified; who can execute a decision; and any limits, review or challenge process. No specific quorum, token weight, voting allocation or treasury right is established by this page.
Proposals and community conduct
Suggestions should describe a concrete change, its purpose, likely costs and risks, and any personal or financial interest of the proposer. Do not include private personal information, threats, discriminatory harassment or instructions to break the law. Do not impersonate voters, buy fraudulent participation or misrepresent an informal poll as an official result. Send current suggestions to [email protected] or the community channels linked from the website.
Execution, security and treasury limits
Until a formal governance mechanism is published, decisions about development, security and the website remain with the project operator. A community suggestion does not automatically trigger a smart-contract action or payment. Future proposals cannot promise actions outside Prydo’s control or override applicable law. Any future treasury, multisignature roles, emergency powers or contract controls must be disclosed in the rules for that system before users rely on it.
Updates and participation choices
This policy may change as governance tools are designed. Material launch rules will be published separately and should be read before participation. Do not mint an ID in reliance on an assumption of guaranteed voting rights, rewards or financial control. For related limits, read the Terms & Conditions and NFT Disclaimer.
