About these terms
These terms apply to the main Prydo website, operated by Harsh. By using its services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those services. Privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Minting happens at app.prydo.xyz and is also subject to the notices, transaction details and permissions presented there. Eligibility and wallet responsibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. Use only a wallet and content you are entitled to control. You are responsible for reviewing signatures, network selection, recipient addresses and transaction details before approving them. Prydo does not hold your private keys and cannot recover a lost seed phrase or reverse a blockchain transaction. A site login, public wallet connection or local app lock is not a substitute for wallet security.
Permitted use
You may browse the site, connect supported wallets and use available features for lawful purposes. Do not harass or threaten others, expose someone’s personal information without permission, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access. Do not exploit a vulnerability, manipulate eligibility checks or disrupt the service. Report suspected security issues privately through our contact email without including other users’ private information.
Identity, minting and fees
A Prydo ID is a digital identity record, not a government identity document, proof of legal identity, or certification of someone’s sexuality or gender. Read the NFT Disclaimer before minting. The main website does not mint NFTs: its mint links open the separate app. Eligibility, availability and applicable contract conditions are checked there. A free mint price does not necessarily mean zero blockchain network or wallet-provider fees; review the wallet’s actual transaction quote. Finalized transactions cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded by Prydo. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you have in content you supply. By submitting an image or other profile content to a Prydo service, you permit the storage, display and processing needed to provide the feature you requested. Publish only content you are allowed to share, with permission from other people shown where required. Holding a token does not automatically transfer copyright, trademarks, commercial-use rights or rights in another person’s likeness. Prydo branding, site materials and third-party assets remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
Availability and future features
We may change, pause or discontinue website features, integrations or access where needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or other operational reasons. Blockchain records can persist even if the website stops operating, but interfaces, gateways, image availability and support are not guaranteed to remain available forever. Roadmap milestones, reputation tools, DAO participation and other planned features are forward-looking and may change or not launch. Statistics and examples on the website are informational; they are not a commitment of future adoption or benefits.
Risk and responsibility
Services are provided on an as-available basis, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate third-party information, financial returns or the security of every wallet, network or external service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prydo is not responsible for losses caused by your disclosure of wallet credentials, third-party services, blockchain network failures or speculative expectations. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. You remain responsible for any taxes and obligations that apply to your activity.
Changes and resolving concerns
We will publish updated terms with a revised date. Changes apply going forward and do not remove rights you already have under applicable law. Contact us first with questions or a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove any court or consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
