What a Prydo ID represents
A Prydo ID links a digital identity record to a wallet. It is designed to be soulbound: ordinary transfer or resale is not an intended feature. Actual behavior is determined by the deployed smart contract and the network, not by a marketing description. Avatar categories are self-selected. They do not establish legal identity, age, sexuality, gender or membership of any protected group.
No investment or guaranteed rewards
Prydo does not promise appreciation, profit, yield, dividends, an airdrop, exchange listing or a resale market. Do not mint in expectation of a financial return. Holding an ID does not create equity, a debt claim, a share in revenue, a partnership or ownership of a treasury. Any future feature or reward would need separately published terms; a roadmap mention is not an entitlement. Permanent public links
A mint can publicly associate a wallet, transaction and identity metadata. Images or categories may expose sensitive information or allow it to be inferred. Others can copy and correlate these records. Prydo cannot erase confirmed blockchain transactions; removing an off-chain reference cannot remove every IPFS replica or third-party copy. Consider this before publishing a photo, choosing a category or linking a wallet you use elsewhere.
Wallet approvals, network fees and finality
Minting takes place only in the Prydo app at app.prydo.xyz. Check the domain, network, contract interaction, permissions and total fees shown by your wallet before approval. An advertised free mint can still involve network or wallet-provider charges. Fees can vary and a failed transaction may still consume network fees. Prydo cannot cancel or reverse a finalized transaction, recover your keys, or guarantee a mint when eligibility or network conditions prevent it.
Technical and availability risks
Smart-contract defects, RPC outages, network congestion, wallet incompatibilities, compromised devices and third-party service failures can affect minting or display. An on-chain record does not guarantee that every associated image, gateway or user interface will remain available. A liveness check, where offered in the app, is not a guarantee that every account represents a distinct human or a legally verified person.
Rights and future utility
Owning an ID does not grant copyright in artwork, unrestricted commercial rights, guaranteed access to future products, or a vote in a live DAO. Read separately published feature rules if and when a feature launches. Applicable statutory rights are not waived by this notice.
